We provide accommodation in small shared hostels. Accommodation is either in bed-sits or self-contained flats.
Most of our hostel accommodation is managed by Providence Row Housing Association, our parent company. Most properties are owned by larger housing providers such as Circle 33 Housing Trust, One Housing and Gateway Housing Association.
Our clients sign tenancy agreements and are responsible for maintaining regular rent payments. Clients usually stay with The Kipper Project for around two years – they are then supported to progress to independent living or other types of accommodation.
