Each client works with a keyworker to draw up a support plan, outlining the client’s goals and the steps they can take to achieve them.
Keyworkers help clients to identify activities the client can get involved in, such as studying for qualifications, training, volunteering or joining in sports and community activities. Clients are also guided to link with other agencies and sources of support.
This might be registering with a GP and where necessary with substance abuse or mental health support services. Communal living in some of our supported housing projects also gives clients the chance to develop their social skills.
